Our clients desired a low maintenance retirement home with a modern farmhouse style with views of the pond and trees surrounding the property There are many exterior details on this home that include a large welcoming covered front porch, canted garage, textured brick, stone, decorative wood trusses on the garage and gables, Hardie shaker siding and wrapped tapered columns, corbels and black accents with the windows, trim, gutters and front door that ties it all together. The kitchen and dining area is open to the great room. The custom cabinetry has two tones used in the space. MULBERRY RIDGE
Mulberry Ridge is a New England style home mixed with modern traditional elements of stone, metal and wood located in Hamilton, Ohio. A colonnade bridges a cottage to the main home. Inside the home a first floor bar is shared by the great room and kitchen. The home has an abundance of storage and custom cabinetry. On the rear of the home are multi-level porches with a grilling station and fireplaces. THE ANMER HALL
Anmer Hall was Wieland Builders’ 2019 Homearama Home. Set in the Kensington neighborhood. This beautiful ranch is built for entertainment, complete with a cake decorating room we customized for the owner. This Mason, Ohio custom built home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has 3,167 square feet of living space and an unfinished lower level that is 1,471 square feet.
THE PHILADELPHIA
The Philadelphia is a sprawling traditional hillside ranch home located in Mt. Lookout. The home has brick and Hardie board painted white with stone and a grand staircase leading to a covered porch entry. The open floor plan has custom details like archways, a coffered ceiling in the library and a tray ceiling in the kitchen. The first floor features are hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace, a wet bar and built-in’s in the entertainment area. The kitchen has professional grade appliances, custom cabinetry, large island with storage and a butler’s pantry. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, heated floors, free-standing tub, 2 walk-in closets and a double vanity with lots of storage. The master bedroom has a fireplace and double doors that lead outside to a portico. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, exercise room, wine cellar and built-ins with storage. Ashby Manor was Wieland Builders’ award-winning 2018 Homearama Home.
