Our Process

After our initial consultation, we meet again to review our specifications for building your dream home. We also go over pricing at this meeting.  Once everything meets your needs and wants, we then have our architects draw up the detailed plans for your home.

After signing off on the proposal, our plans are transformed to architectural drawings and reviewed with you again. During this phase, we ensure every detail of your vision is accounted for. We’ll also begin pre-selections at this time to ensure a seamless selections process.

Once everything is completely to your liking, we draw up a formal contract and move forward in the building process.

Arguably the most fun phase of the process is picking out all the features and finishes in your home. To make this as easy on you as possible, we pair you up with our in-house Interior Designer to assist you with hand-picking every detail of your new home. Together, you complete a detailed selections document and timeline to ensure every detail is perfect.

This is where your dream home comes to life! In this phase, you’re introduced to your project manager, who will keep you updated on important milestones happening at your home. Your project manager will share not only timeline updates, but also many photos of your home in construction. This is often the phase where clients feel Wieland Builders moves from “just the builder” to a true partner.

With over 65 years of experience in building 800+ homes, we want you to be confident your home will stand the test of time. We provide a warranty, backed by the Greater Cincinnati Homebuilders Association, along with specific manufacturer warranties on all our homes.
