Pickwick Place is a 4,903-square-foot custom home by Wieland Builders, designed in the Modern European Country architectural style. The home was featured in the 2024 Homearama at The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm. The home’s exterior is a blend of detailed brickwork, bronze windows, and rich wood elements like a Mahogany front door, window boxes and cedar trellises. Welcome to Oxford Farmhouse, a stunning luxury custom home built by Wieland Builders in Oxford, Ohio. A custom design for our clients, this exquisite farmhouse blends timeless country charm with modern elegance, offering a serene retreat on their cherished land. With expansive fields, wooded trails, and a picturesque pond, this home is a sanctuary where family and friends can gather and create lasting memories.

Before embarking on their custom home journey, the family considered restoring an existing 1890s farmhouse on their property. However, due to lost records and structural challenges, they chose to build a brand-new luxury farmhouse that honors the past while embracing modern convenience. The flooring throughout the first floor features 7” engineered white oak planks, Thermador panel-ready appliances, and two-tone cabinetry with a bisque island and stained white oak perimeter. A custom range hood with an apron front accent complements the Taj Mahal granite countertops and full-height backsplash, adding sophistication to the space.

The great room boasts a cathedral ceiling with suspended truss beams, a stacked stone fireplace with custom built-ins and bench seating, and floating white oak shelves with integrated lighting. An aged brass light fixture enhances the warm and inviting atmosphere. In the primary bathroom, a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted faucet creates a spa-like retreat, accompanied by a zero-entry shower with frameless glass doors, heated ceramic tile floors with a marble-look Calcutta gold finish, and a double floating vanity with integrated sconces.

The Philadelphia is a sprawling traditional hillside ranch home located in Mt. Lookout. The home has brick and Hardie board painted white with stone and a grand staircase leading to a covered porch entry. The open floor plan has custom details like archways, a coffered ceiling in the library and a tray ceiling in the kitchen. The first floor features are hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace, a wet bar and built-in’s in the entertainment area.
