Jeff sits down with our guest Isaac Seevers, Superintendent of Lebanon School District and talks about development, building homes and how homeowners and school districts are affected by these developments. When people look for a location to build, it's not just about the lot, it's also about the school district and knowing if the home will hold it's resale value.

He not only decides snow days, but wears many hats while making decisions in education, administration, land management and building management. Isaac discusses his mission is to interact with others and serve them and always recognizes a learnable moment.

He also shares some fun facts about his personal life. Did you know he used to be a quarterback football player in college? He is a husband, father, coach, ordained minister, and a pretty good singer.
