Welcome to Oxford Farmhouse, a stunning luxury custom home built by Wieland Builders in Oxford, Ohio. A custom design for our clients, this exquisite farmhouse blends timeless country charm with modern elegance, offering a serene retreat on their cherished land. With expansive fields, wooded trails, and a picturesque pond, this home is a sanctuary where family and friends can gather and create lasting memories.

Before embarking on their custom home journey, the family considered restoring an existing 1890s farmhouse on their property. However, due to lost records and structural challenges, they chose to build a brand-new luxury farmhouse that honors the past while embracing modern convenience. They selected Wieland Builders for their expertise, trustworthiness, and seamless communication, allowing them to manage the project remotely from another state with confidence.

Oxford Farmhouse showcases meticulous craftsmanship, elegant and functional design, and premium materials throughout its spacious layout. The flooring throughout the first floor features 7” engineered white oak planks, Thermador panel-ready appliances, and two-tone cabinetry with a bisque island and stained white oak perimeter. A custom range hood with an apron front accent complements the Taj Mahal granite countertops and full-height backsplash, adding sophistication to the space.

The great room boasts a cathedral ceiling with suspended truss beams, a stacked stone fireplace with custom built-ins and bench seating, and floating white oak shelves with integrated lighting. An aged brass light fixture enhances the warm and inviting atmosphere. In the primary bathroom, a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted faucet creates a spa-like retreat, accompanied by a zero-entry shower with frameless glass doors, heated ceramic tile floors with a marble-look Calcutta gold finish, and a double floating vanity with integrated sconces…. One of the secondary bathrooms features textured ceramic wall tiles measuring 14×39 inches, a flat pebble tile shower floor, and a floating vanity with gold accents, creating a modern yet comfortable space. Outdoor living areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment, with an expansive travertine patio currently under construction and plans for a firepit to host gatherings. The rocking-chair front porch offers a perfect spot to enjoy peaceful countryside views.

Renowned interior designer David Millet worked closely with the homeowners and Wieland Builders to curate a refined yet inviting aesthetic. The design integrates multiple textures, warm neutrals, and clean lines, creating a light and airy ambiance. Key focal points include a statement kitchen hood, a dramatic chandelier, and a grand fireplace—each strategically positioned for visual balance.
