As the builders who have appeared in Homearama more times than anyone else, Wieland Builders knows it takes the right team to build the best homes. Even though Homearama is a fun event for tens of thousands of people every year, at the end of the day, this house will be one family’s home. Because of this, we are incredibly selective about choosing our contractors and suppliers to complete each home. Their work quality has to be the best, and they have to share our guiding philosophy: When we go to work, we think of you coming home. 

Anmer Hall, our 22^nd Homearama home, features 4,638 square feet of comfortable living space. We worked with architects Kenneth Bowerman and Bounthanom Oudomsouk to design this sprawling country ranch.

Our in-house interior designer, Robyn Howser, worked with our long-standing Homearama interior designer, Jill Koch of Designs on Madison, to create a home of livable luxury. We share Jill’s beliefs that design should be effortless, that it is meant to be enjoyed, and that the application of design should be nothing less than comforting.

Our landscapers, Sharon Nursery, have been in business since 1952 and used their wealth of experience to create the perfect landscaping for Anmer Hall to fit into Homearama Kensington’s English Country Garden setting.

What you won’t see in Anmer Hall, but is a key component to our homes receiving a 5-star energy efficiency rating, is Enviro-Dri. This is a weather-resistant barrier system that helps prevent energy loss and protects our homes against moisture intrusion, uncontrolled air exchanges and trapped moisture vapor. 

Of the many wow factors in Anmer Hall, we hope you appreciate our flooring choices. West Chester Hardwood Flooring and McSwain Carpets and Floors have used their nearly 100 combined years of experience to create exceptional quality flooring that will stand the test of time.

We are also proud to work with Rainbow Painting, another family-run business, who painted this year’s home beautifully with paint by Sherwin Williams.

Another of our stand-out contractors is Turnkey Custom Trim, who are well-known for quality craftsmanship of custom cabinetry and interior residential finish work. Anmer Hall also features high-quality fixtures by Moen.

Homearama Information
Homearama tickets are $19 at the gate, and discount tickets are available at area Kroger stores for $17. Children 12 and younger are admitted free if accompanied by an adult. As usual, no strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets are permitted within the show site, except for service animals.
