Wieland Builders Celebrates Our 21st Homearama
This year, Wieland Builders celebrates our 21st appearance at Homearama. No other Greater Cincinnati builder has appeared in the show as often as we have, and we know we it wouldn’t be possible without you. Thank you for your support of our family’s values of integrity, quality, and dependability.
We have 65 years of family tradition with a dedication to always put first what our clients want from their home. Now, as third-generation home builders, we still go to work each day thinking of you coming home.
Our owners, Mike and Jeff, oversee and accept nothing less than the best from everyone that touches our clients’ home. They worked on their first Homearama with their dad, Jack, in 1979. Even though at that point they were only working the hot dog cart, Homearama is an important tradition to the Wieland family.
We are excited for you to see this year’s home, The Ashby Manor. This beautiful 5-bedroom Southern-style home with 5,000+ square feet of livable space is located on a 1.47-acre wooded site on the cul-de-sac. The wraparound porch with its wood-burning fireplace is just the first of many showstoppers.
The first-floor amenities are truly spectacular. The kitchen has a large island with a butcher-block top, the homework/mud room has a brick floor, and the formal dining room’s French doors that lead to the wraparound porch add charm. The master suite features cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and two walk-in closets.
The first floor also boasts a great room with a beautiful stone wall, cathedral ceilings, and a limestone fireplace. The rear screened-in porch boasts a wood-burning fireplace and is accessible from the great room. The rear porch leads to a substantial patio in the backyard perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Upstairs there are two spacious suites with a recreation room in between. The lower level features two additional bedrooms, a media room, bar, exercise room and a full bath. There is also plenty of room for storage, or to convert into an additional room at your request.
The Ashby Manor is located at Highlands at Heritage Hill within the rolling hills of Union Township, one of the most livable communities in the Midwest. Residents can relax and reflect in privacy and solitude at home or gather with friends at the many common spaces.
The Highlands features woods, trails and plenty of room for children of all ages to play and explore. Here, one can experience a life of adventure and wonder, while also nurturing the bonds of family, friendship, and community.
The Highlands is equipped with electric, natural gas, sewer and water from the City of Lebanon. Children receive an excellent education from highly ranked schools in the Kings District.
The Ashby Manor is available at $1,271,000 for occupancy beginning in August 2018. We’re excited to show this home to the thousands of guests at this year’s Homearama July 21 through August 5.
