The Woodford, our 2021 HOMEARAMA showcase home, stands out with dark siding and a mix of stone and timber accents. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5,200 square feet, this home offers abundant space and upscale finishes. The Woodford won 11 Home Builders Association awards at the 2021 Homearama at Parkside Estates.

ASHBY MANOR

Ashby Manor was Wieland Builders’ Award-Winning 2018 HOMEARAMA Home. Having earned numerous People’s Choice Awards, including Favorite Home, Kitchen, Great Room, and Exterior, its outstanding design speaks for itself. From its wrap-around front porch complete with a fireplace to its expansive great room’s gorgeous beams, this custom home is all about livable luxury.

MULBERRY RIDGE

Mulberry Ridge is a New England style home mixed with modern traditional elements of stone, metal and wood located in Hamilton, Ohio. A colonnade bridges a cottage to the main home.
