The Bradford is a modern farmhouse located in Crooked Tree Preserves in Mason, Ohio. The exterior design has many gables and a materials combination of stone, cedar columns, brick painted white and metal roof accents. The entry is welcoming with a covered porch with a bead-board ceiling. A home office is just off the entry hall with custom built-ins and lots of storage. An open floor plan combines the great room and the kitchen.  The focal point of the great room is the stone fireplace and custom built-in entertainment area. The kitchen is connected to an exterior covered porch with a two-sided fireplace. There is also a sun deck connected to the porch. The master bathroom is traditional but has modern touches with the tile and gold accents. There is a large walk-in closet, a double vanity with custom cabinetry and a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. There are many trim details including wainscoting in the main entry hall and powder room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a large loft area. The lower level has a bedroom, full bath, large bar, wine cellar with a glass door, an exercise room, entertainment space and a walkout to the back patio.
